Properties with a large area of land / amenities can be subject to an additional $50 for Photo or $100 for Photo + Video Packages.

Condo Amenities add on, $10 per amenity with 1-2 photos per amenity. Photo + Video amenity add on $15 per amenity.

New Build / Luxury Properties are an additional $149-$249 depending on the sqft as well as the project.

On Ground Neighbourhood Shots are an additional $25 per location within close proximity of the home. Usually 1-3 shots.

All Downtown core projects can be subject to a additional $25 charge unless parking instructions are clearly provided before the shoot.

Videos created with agent interaction, lifestyle, voiceover and branding will be subject to a $50 MLS edit by removing all branding aspects from the original deliverable.

After 35km from our office at 34 Noble St, we charge $1 per KM one way per person needed on site.

After 125km the first free 35km will no longer be in place and the travel fee will be $1.25 per KM one way.

Floor Plan + 3D Matterport is a seperate travel fee.

You will receive your Photos at some point the next day between 11am and 11pm unless a rush order is added.

Regular Videos can take 48-72 hours starting the day after the shoot. Custom videos may vary.

Floor plans and 3D Matterport can take up to 24 hours.

Virtually Staged photos can take 24-72 hours depending on the amount + the details needed.

A Photo Rush Order can be placed which will guarantee you the photos before 11am the day after the shoot.

The rush order price can be anywhere from $100-$200 depending on the size of the property.

The client may request reasonable revisions to the delivered materials within 48 hours of receipt. These revision requests will be at the discretion of One House. We will make best efforts to accommodate these revision requests promptly. Client is entitled to a maximum of 2 revisions before a additional change may be applied.

A song change can be subject to a $150 re edit fee depending on the clients needs.
